Me and the world. It's a love story.
What's your heritage?
I'm first and foremost Canadian (a mindset of anti-bureaucratic peacemaking, sharing is caring innocence, tormented by the capitalism and greed of an American system). Secondly, I am Chinese, never feeling 100% in my yellow skin (I'm not actually yellow, that would mean I have jaundice, more of a golden porcelain tone). Thirdly, I am American. After living here for 75% of my current life in a place of beauty and discord, I am only NOW realizing the underlying prejudices that I had been warned about as a child but had never taken to heart.
Why would I care?
I don't know, because you are a lost soul, just as I am, searching for truth, for life, for identity.

- Modern meets vintage, Techno meets country. Hip hop meets Far East.
- Weird obsessions with things at 4AM in the morning.
- Not acting my age. Saying awkward things with a straight face.
- Gadgets, technology and self-improvement blogs. I love them like a fat kid loves cake. Oh, I love cake too.
- Songwriters, natural talent. The first read of a new piece of music. Ahhh. Magic.
- Oprah, Ellen Degeneres, and the like. Proud of their womanhood and occasionally busting a move in front of millions.
- Food. A Foodnetwork devotee. Rachael Ray's first fan. Grocery shopping for fun.
- Obama. Keeping up with the presidential race. Reading The Huffington Post. Debating international politics.
- Reminiscing the 90s.
- The complexity and simplicity of photography, nuances of lighting, layers, dimensions. the Guru Pitka of Photoshop.
- Aesthetic beauty, achieving it through exploring the contours of the face. Taking in beautiful scenery wth all the senses. Web/blog design (html,css, php, occasional javascript, graphic design with Photoshop CS3), and finding inspiration from architecture vice/versa.
